Hi, I’m Liz, the owner and esthetician behind The Honey Pot Sugaring & Skincare. I’ve been sugaring for over four years, and from the moment I started, I knew it was my passion.

My love for sugaring actually began as a client — when I discovered the art of sugaring with my sugarista in Golden Hill (shoutout to Ariel!). I fell in love with how smooth, clean, and confident it made me feel, and I admired how something so simple could make such a difference in someone’s day.

When I entered beauty school, I was already certain: sugaring was what I wanted to do. It came naturally to me and fell in love with the craft even more.

Today, I’m grateful to share that passion with every client who walks through my doors. At The Honey Pot, my goal is simple: to make you feel comfortable, confident, and glowing in your own skin.

When I’m not at the spa, I love spending time with my husband and daughter, and relaxing to some good ’80s rock music.

Our Founder’s Story

The Honey Pot was originally founded by a lifelong beauty lover whose passion for esthetics began with her days as a makeup artist and grew into a love for skincare and sugaring. Her goal was simple — to create a warm, welcoming space where every woman could feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful. Though she’s now living in Ireland with her husband and two daughters, her vision and values continue to inspire everything we do at The Honey Pot Sugaring & Skincare today.

Policies

  • We ask that you give us a notice of 24 hours when cancelling, modifying, or rescheduling any appointments. Anything less than 24 hours may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No shows will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

  • If you are more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule you to a different time or day. If time allows, we will always try to accommodate your appointment. However, we must remain respectful to appointments following yours. If you are late, we will run late to each client after you. If we cannot accommodate you the same day, our late cancellation fee will apply. 

  • No Refunds for Services Rendered: Once a service has been performed, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your experience. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will gladly provide an adjustment or remedy at no additional charge.

    Prepaid Packages and Series: Prepaid packages and series are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual or service within our spa. If a medical condition arises that prevents you from continuing treatments, a prorated refund will be considered upon receiving a doctor's note.

    Unopened Products: If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, you may return any unopened, unused product within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.

    Opened Products: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products unless the product is defective or causes an adverse reaction. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue for a return or exchange.

    Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards may be redeemed for services and products at our spa

We collect details such as your name, contact information, and payment data to provide our services and improve your experience. We also gather website usage data through cookies. Your information is securely stored, and we do not share or sell it to third parties, except as required by law. Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties.
