We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for any service you have booked. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior to your service time. Anything after that will incur a charge of 50% of the service price.


If you are more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule you to a different time or day. If time allows, we will always try to accommodate your appointment. However, we must remain respectful to appointments following yours. If you are late, we will run late to each client after you.


This is your time with us to enjoy some "you" time. We understand that things may arise and you will need to bring your kids with you to your appointment. We just ask that you are mindful of other services that may be going on within the building.


Any product returns must be made within 60 days of purchase. Any opened products can only be returned for store credit.
