POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for any service you have booked. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior to your service time. Anything after that will incur a charge of 50% of the service price. If we fill your spot with someone on the wait list, we are more than happy to wave the fee. Any no-shows will be charged up to 100% of the service price. 

GRACE PERIOD

If you are more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule you to a different time or day. If time allows, we will always try to accommodate your appointment. However, we must remain respectful to appointments following yours. If you are late, we will run late to each client after you. If we cannot accommodate you the same day, our late cancellation fee will apply. 

BOOKING POLICY

We require a valid credit card on file in order to hold your appointment spot. All credit card information is entered into our secure, encrypted system which we cannot access. If you are uncomfortable giving your information over the phone, you can book your appointment online. 

RETURN POLICY

Af you experience any adverse reactions to a product, you may return to us for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.  Any unopened products returned within 30 days will be issued store credit.
