CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for any service you have booked. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior to your service time. Anything after that will incur a charge of 50% of the service price. If we fill your spot with someone on the wait list, we are more than happy to wave the fee. 

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule you to a different time or day. If time allows, we will always try to accommodate your appointment. However, we must remain respectful to appointments following yours. If you are late, we will run late to each client after you.

KID POLICY

We love kids! However, this is your time with us to enjoy some "you" time. We understand that things may arise and you will need to bring your kids with you to your appointment. We just ask that you are mindful of other services that may be going on within the building.

RETURN POLICY

Any products may be returned for a full refund within 7 days, if you experience any adverse reactions. Any unopened products returned within 30 days will be issued store credit.
