We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for any service you have booked. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior to your service time. Anything after that will incur a charge of 50% of the service price. If we fill your spot with someone on the wait list, we are more than happy to wave the fee. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
If you are more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule you to a different time or day. If time allows, we will always try to accommodate your appointment. However, we must remain respectful to appointments following yours. If you are late, we will run late to each client after you.
Please come to your appointment alone.
If you are feeling sick or have been exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment. Cancellation fees will be waived.
When you arrive, please call or text and remain in your car until we are ready for you.
Masks are required at all times while in the building, unless you are receiving a facial or face waxing service.
Please use hand sanitizer when you arrive.
Any products may be returned for a full refund within 7 days, if you experience any adverse reactions. Any unopened products returned within 30 days will be issued store credit.
All first time clients are required to book online through the Vagaro booking site. All clients are required to enter a credit card to secure their appointment time, by booking online your credit card information is kept secure and private.
After your first appointment, you are welcome to pre-book, contact us directly to book, or continue to book online. Because The Honey Pot is currently a one-woman-show, scheduling or modifying any appointments will usually be quickest and easiest when done through the booking site.
